| • | Design of multiple office renovations in this 12 story non-sprinklered office building, including upgrades to core areas and base building systems. |
| • | Tenant scope included standard office fitouts including enclosed offices, large conference areas, pantries, and server rooms. Server rooms were served by dedicated glycol-cooled A/C units. |
| • | Base building scope included VAV terminal replacements, energy management system upgrade, ADA bathroom and core corridor upgrades, and the addition of sprinkler systems for renovated areas. |
| • | Clients include URAC (14,000 sq ft) and Brown & Associates (10,500 sq ft) |
