| • | Design/Build renovation of an existing club house. |
| • | Scope included a sports bar; elegant open seating areas, a private party area; a game room; lounge with gas fireplace; a fitness center; pro shop; ADA compliant restrooms; and a full-service kitchen with grease hood, dishwasher exhaust hood, direct gas-fired make-up air unit, walk-in refrigerator/freezer combo, gas appliances, and central water filtration station. |
| • | An electrical service upgrade was required to replace the existing dated electrical service and accommodate the high electrical demands of the renovated club house. A gas service upgrade was required to accommodate the renovation and new heaters for the indoor tennis courts. The gas service upgrade consisted of the replacement of a single 500 lb propane tank with (2) 1000 lb propane tanks. |
